How much is an emergency call-out?
It depends on the time, the job and the location, so it is agreed on the phone before anyone travels. Across the UK an out-of-hours call-out typically starts around £90 to £150 for the first hour.
My tenant has no power. Can you deal with them directly?
Yes. Give us their number and the address. We will arrange access with them, then report back with what we found and what it needs.
Is it worth ringing at 3am?
If it is burning, sparking, wet or hot, yes. That is exactly what the 24 hour line is for. If it is one dead socket and everything else is fine, it can safely wait for morning and we will say so.
