How long will my power be off?
Usually a few hours in the middle of the day. We plan the changeover so the house is back on as quickly as possible.
Why does my new fuse box trip when the old one never did?
A modern board catches faults the old one quietly ignored. That is the protection you are paying for. We test every circuit at changeover, so anything the new board picks up gets found and put right.
Do you take the old board away?
Yes. The old board and any cable offcuts go with us. The wall is left clean and made good.
