Why does my fuse box keep tripping?
Usually a faulty appliance, a damaged cable or water in an outside socket or light. We test circuit by circuit to find which one rather than guessing. That switch tripping is the safety device doing its job.
Half my sockets have stopped working. Is that serious?
It is normally a broken connection on one circuit and very fixable. Loose connections make heat though, so do not leave it. We can usually trace and repair it in one visit.
